My Story

A wise man once said, “To change the world, start with one step.” You took your first step when you said, “yes” to your psychedelic journey. If you’re here, you may be ready to have someone to walk alongside you. This is why I’m here.

In the professional world, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator with the state of Oregon. I run a private therapy practice and am the Manager of Training at Fireside Project. I received my Master’s degree from Naropa University where I studied clinical counseling with a focus in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling. In the coaching realm, where we meet, I am a space holder. I am your cheerleader, a “loving rock,” a soundboard, and a presence to witness all that will unfold.

The psychedelic landscape is vast—full of unknowns. I have traveled these landscapes throughout my life, both as a journeyer myself and as someone along for the ride of someone else. Throughout those experiences, I’ve learned the best we can do to prepare is to expect the unexpected. In preparation, we will spend time getting to know what your intentions are for your journey, explore harm reduction methods, and solidify your support system. Once you’ve had your journey, we may take time to explore the impact your journey had—from the physical realm, to spiritual, to community, and beyond. We might explore how to make lasting changes, if that’s what you desire, how to bask in the afterglow of your experience, or how to process hard things that came up for you. In the end, what we do with our time together is entirely up to you. You are the expert on your experience and I am here to be with you as you embark on or process your journey.
