My Story
My path into this work began not with certainty, but with a descent—one that revealed both the beauty and the ache of being alive. In those depths, psychedelics offered a lifeline, not as an escape, but as an invitation to turn toward life’s complexity with tenderness and awe. Over time, I began to sense that the sacred is not something to reach for; it’s already here, quietly pulsing through the ordinary moments we often overlook.
This path has been one of remembering—of learning to sit with what once felt unbearable, and to trust that even our most hidden parts carry wisdom and light. I’ve come to see this journey as a reclamation: gathering what was once exiled and discovering the play, joy, and freedom waiting within it.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ohio with a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Saybrook University, I’ve had the privilege of accompanying people through trauma, grief, depression, and neurodivergence. What guides me is a faith in the innate wholeness of every person and the belief that everything we need to heal and grow is already within us.
I see myself not as a guide above or ahead, but as a fellow traveler—one who walks with curiosity, compassion, and a touch of humor through the unfolding mystery of what it means to be human. As Rumi reminds us, “The wound is the place where the Light enters you.”
