  • Call or text us at 62-FIRESIDE (623-473-7533)  before your journey and request a specific call-back day and time. You can also use this form

  • Yes! In fact, we encourage it! You can schedule up to three TripChecks per day.

  • No, but if we don’t, we’ll call you as soon as possible.

  • Nope!

  • Seven days a week, 365 days a year, from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The hotline closes at 11:00 p.m. Pacific Time, but we want to make sure we have time to chat with you before we close for the day.

  • It’s up to you! There’s no time limit.

  • Phone only at this time. That’s for tech reasons.

  • Not at this time. Again, tech reasons.

  • No, but you’re welcome to call us back anytime we’re open!

  • You can ask, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
