My Story
Hi there. My orientation to this work is rooted in a deep reverence for the wisdom of the bodymind and a trust in the unfolding of each being’s unique process. With that, I am in service of meeting you where you are while supporting you in opening to your experience and connecting to your truth. My approach is integrative, body-oriented, heart-centered, and trauma-attuned, informed by my work as a somatic psychotherapist, guide, and doula. I look forward to walking alongside you.
I hold a space where we navigate the movement of your process with compassion and curiosity, honoring its natural pace, rhythm, and articulation. Trusting in your psyche’s innate intelligence and unique creative force, I am in service of meeting you where you are, and supporting places of resiliency within and around you. My approach is holistically integrative, body-oriented, heart-centered, and trauma-attuned, inspired by the fields of somatics, depth psychology, non-dualism, and consciousness studies. Above all, I am guided by the wisdom and ways of nature and the more-than-human world. Orienting from the neurodiversity paradigm, I acknowledge and honor all variations and expressions of ability, identity, cognition, sensing, and being.
I hold an MA in Holistic Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Somatic Psychology and have worked as a psychotherapist in various community mental health agencies with a focus on complex trauma. My work with altered states of consciousness has been fortified by my experience as an integration coach for ketamine therapy with Mindbloom as well as my training as an adherence rater for MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD with Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies. As a certified end-of-life care, palliative care, and abortion doula, I am called to companion those traversing expanded and liminal states of consciousness; the bardos of life and death.
